Ms. Bradshaw has more than 25 years of healthcare clinical and management experience. After spending her first clinical years in surgical intensive care and the emergency room , she served as Director of Infection Control at a large multi-facility regional hospital for eight years. Over the most recent ten years, Ms. Bradshaw has held senior management positions within a variety of healthcare provider organizations ranging from $24M to $120M, with responsibility for operations, marketing, and sales. Her operational expertise in healthcare services ranges from acute care (hospital), homecare, wholesale pharmacy and infusion services, long term care, and durable medical equipment (DME). Ms. Bradshaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Arkansas, and a Masters Degree in Marketing from Webster University.
Dr. Baratta graduated from Lyceum Northwestern College of Medicine and Surgery in the Philippines. He earned a Ph.D. in Neuropsychology from LaSalle University (cum laude) and published a book titled, A Compendium of Degenerative Brain Diseases in 2001. Dr. Baratta also co-authored an article titled, Activated, Type I Collagen and It's Effectiveness in Healing Recalcitrant Diabetic Wound: A Case Presentation in Advances in Skin & Wound Care, August 2008. In addition, he has served as speaker to the international wound community throughout Asia and in Saudi Arabia on the extensive benefits of activated collagen.
Barry has more than 30 years healthcare industry experience and his technical training is in Biology and Mathematics. He has an extensive background in the science of wound care, worldwide business development, wound care product development, surgical procedures and hemostasis product development. Barry has authored and co-authored a number of scientific articles in wound healing as well as he is the recipient of a number of US patents. Barry's employment experience began with Johnson & Johnson's Research Foundation through to Skin Biology Exploratory Research, Sherwood Medical Inc., Convatec BristolMyers Squibb and Director of Product Development for Integra LifeSciences.
