First time application of CellerateRX™:

It is recommended that the wound bed be debrided of any necrotic or
sloughy fibrotic tissue prior to the application of CellerateRx ™. |

Determine which form ofCellerateRx ™ will be applied to the wound
bed: powder, gel or a combination of powder and gel. (See the Product Selection Guide) |

Apply CellerateRx ™ to the wound. CellerateRx ™ gel and the
combination mix of gel/powder should cover the entire wound bed and the edges of the wound. CellerateRx ™ powder
should cover the entire wound bed so that you cannot see the tissue under the powder |

Cover the CellerateRx ™ and wound bed with a non-stick dressing that
maintains the optimum moisture level of the wound bed. |

Reapplying CellerateRX™ to the wound:
3 times per week or as needed.

Gently remove the non-stick dressing from the wound bed. |

It is not necessary to debride the wound or remove the CellerateRx ™
(thin tan film) from the wound bed. |

Repeat steps 2-4 above. |

The small size of the CRXα allows penetration to the nerve ending,
encapsulating the nerve fiber and stopping stimulus. The patient will perceive decreased discomfort or pain.
