SHIPPING/HANDLING POLICY
A flat rate of $9.00 will be added to cover all shipping and handling
charges for UPS Ground delivery of packages sent within the USA up to
6lbs. Most UPS Ground packages will be delivered to the customer's
shipping address within 3 – 4 business days after being prepared for
shipping. See below for order placement deadlines.
A flat rate of $39.00 will be added to cover all shipping and handling
charges for UPS Next Business Day delivery of packages sent within the
USA up to 6lbs. Most UPS overnight packages will be delivered to the
customer’s shipping address by 5:00 pm the next business day after being
prepared for shipping. See below for order placement deadlines.
A flat rate of $20.00 will be added to cover all shipping and handling
charges for UPS Second Business Day delivery of packages sent within the
USA up to 6lbs. Most UPS second day air packages will be delivered to
the customer’s shipping address by 5:00 pm the second business day after
being prepared for shipping. See below for order placement deadlines.
A flat rate of $14.00 will be added to cover all shipping and handling
charges for UPS Third Business Day delivery of packages sent within the
USA up to 6lbs. Most UPS three day air packages will be delivered to the
customer’s shipping address by 5:00 pm the third business day after
being prepared for shipping. See below for order placement deadlines.
Unless otherwise specified packages to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
(PR) will be shipped by UPS Second Day Air for the flat rate of $25.00
for packages up to 6lbs. If overnight services are needed please contact
our offices @800.205.7719 for a rate request.
Orders placed before 1:00pm, EST on Monday - Friday will be prepared for
shipping on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm, EST on Monday -
Friday will be prepared for shipping on the next day. Orders placed on
Saturday and Sunday will be prepared for shipping on Monday.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell, rent, trade, loan or give away any customer email or
business addresses. We are in business to sell supplies to our
customers. We may provide other organizations with the information they
require in order to complete the sale. For example, UPS and our
packaging company require the customer's shipping address to deliver a
package. As a medical distributor, we are accustomed to dealing with
customer information and handle all information in accordance with
professional ethics and legal regulations.
RETURN POLICY
We hope there's no need to return any order - but if there is - any
package(s) eligible for return must be shipped to:

If the package is damaged in shipment
Call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) within 30
calendar days of your purchase. We will reship your order at no
additional cost to you.
You received the wrong item
Contact us by email or call
800.205.7719 within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item MUST be
unopened and the tamper proof seal must be intact. We will ship the
correct product to you via UPS Next Day Air at no charge.
The item is defective
Contact us by email or call
800.205.7719 within 30 calendar days of your purchase. We will issue a
“call tag” for the item to be picked up by UPS and a replacement order
will be sent to you at no charge.
You ordered the wrong item
Contact us by email or call
800.205.7719 within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item MUST be
unopened and the tamper proof seal must be intact. We will issue a “call
tag” for the item to be picked up by UPS. Upon receipt of the returned
product we will refund your purchase price for store credit however, we
will be unable to refund any shipping charges. We may not be able to
refund your purchase price if your purchase was a special order.
